Plan and schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects
Resolve staff schedule conflicts
Manage and analyse staff utilization and leave utilization
Monitor and process timesheets and expense claims on time
Maintain database of clients and service team information
Provide timely reports and information to management
Improve and streamline processes
For Senior role: to be in-charge of a few executives and ensure that the key performance indicators are met
Any other projects assigned by superior
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
At least 3 years of work experience.
Experience in resource planning and allocation is preferred.
Apart from possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
The successful candidate is expected to be a self starter with good time management and ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
