Operation Process/Resource Management Senior Executive

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects
  • Resolve staff schedule conflicts
  • Manage and analyse staff utilization and leave utilization
  • Monitor and process timesheets and expense claims on time
  • Maintain database of clients and service team information
  • Provide timely reports and information to management
  • Improve and streamline processes
  • For Senior role: to be in-charge of a few executives and ensure that the key performance indicators are met
  • Any other projects assigned by superior

Requirements

  • The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in resource planning and allocation is preferred.
  • Apart from possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The successful candidate is expected to be a self starter with good time management and ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
