Operations & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Payment to suppliers, Petty cash maintenance, Processing staff claims and Maintain check book
  • Accounts Receivable: Billing and maintain proper records, Update aging records, Manage AR list and following up with clients and Cash book monitoring
  • Other Accounting & Finance Matters: File Bank correspondences/ statements – FD/ FC/ BG, file GST online, CPF matters, Tax matters (IRAS)
  • CRM Admin Support: Prepare materials for training/talks/workshops, Collate & tabulate evaluation forms, Data administrator and quarterly report generation, Updating affiliate list, Administrative support for road show/ conferences, Update the contract list and contract files
  • HR Administration: Leave administration, Compensation claims on insurance/ travel (if applicable), nsurance-related matters, Office Admin and Operations Support, Courier arrangement, Office equipment maintenance – copier, phone (repair, order, fault report, meter reading), Stationery – purchase, replenish stock, prepare for events (whenever applicable), Pantry – purchase, replenish stock (water, food, medicine, tissue), Letters & mails, Consultant’s aide – make clients’ file (brown), maintain counseling room condition, liase with building management for related matters, Filing & Copying, Liase with bank, regarding issues related to simple banking transaction, Flight bookings & travel arrangement and Manage timetable of overseas staff

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in administrative and operation support is required for this position.
  • Open to fresh poly or degree grads too
  • Able to multitask
  • Willing to work over time after office hours
