Inside Sales cum Sales Coordinator x2
Responsibilities
- a) Sourcing for products pertaining to clients’ requirements
- b) Preparation of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders and commercial invoices.
- c) Verifying and preparation of all documents required for goods delivery
- d) Proper documentation and filling of all quotations and purchase orders
- e) Co-ordinate between customer and suppliers on all matters
- f) Also responsible for up-selling products/services
Requirements
- a) Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred
- b) Minimum 1 year sales / sales coordinator experience in oil and gas industry
- c) Able to work independently and under pressure
- e) Must have strong drive to increase product sales
