Warehousing and Logistic Operation Executives
Responsibilities
- West location (Subject to relocate to Central or East):
- Degree in any discipline, pref in logistics related studies
- Relevant job experience in managing daily operational tasks and customer service enquires, with past retail/fashion working background and well versed in MS Office applications. The candidate requires good presentation and reporting skills in conducting monthly operational review with internal/external parties
- East:
- A) Provide functional, analytical and integrated logistics solutions to Logistics Customer service Centre.
- Identify / analyze business trends and make appropriate recommendations to Management and customers.
- Accountable for overall cost analysis , all assigned Key Performance Indicators while building partnership with internal and external customers
- Min Diploma in business and/or logistics-related studies
- Min 2 years exp in logistics customer service environment.
- Candidate with at least 2 years call centre exerience will be considered.
- B) Provide general admin & training coordination to call centre department.
- Prefer diploma in business and/or logistics-related studies
- Min 2 yr exp in logistics customer service environment.
- Candidate will higher qualification and experience will be considered for Snr Exec or Managerial position."
- C) Min Diploma with 3 years relevant work experience
- Good planning & people management skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Korean & Japanese (natives would be preferred)
- Possess proficiency in MS Office and WMS
- Possess customer service skils and have track record to lead the team"
- West:
- Experience in logistics warehouse operation
- Good planning & people management skills
- Prepare customised report by using Excel / Word / Pt Point
- Liaise with customer & forwaders on any issue arrises
- Min Diploma with at least 3 years relevant experience"
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Warehouse Warehouse or equivalent.
- Candiate who have supervisory experience in managing or mentoring a team will be an added advantage
