Provide accurate skin & hair profiling and make-up consultations and advice to customers/distributors and educate them on the company products and its application
Plan and conduct training or workshops to distributors/customers
Responsible for managing and resolving issues and feedback effectively
Work cohesively towards meeting department and company goals and objectives
Undertake administrative duties as assigned
For the role of the Supervisor - responsible for the centre’s operations and leading a small team of consultants to achieve company’s objectives and achieving service excellence
Requirements
Minimum CIDESCO certification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years related experience.Those with more years of retail supervisory experience or experienced in managing operations of beauty/wellness centers will be considered for the post of Supervisor
Well groomed with pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy interacting with people of all levels
Passionate about delivering great service and excellent customer experience
Ability to conduct workshops & training and apply beauty & make-up knowledge to customers/distributors appropriately
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good team player and focused on working cohesively towards department and company goals and objectives
Positive, self-motivated and responsible with high levels of initiative
