Beauty Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate skin & hair profiling and make-up consultations and advice to customers/distributors and educate them on the company products and its application
  • Plan and conduct training or workshops to distributors/customers
  • Responsible for managing and resolving issues and feedback effectively
  • Work cohesively towards meeting department and company goals and objectives
  • Undertake administrative duties as assigned
  • For the role of the Supervisor - responsible for the centre’s operations and leading a small team of consultants to achieve company’s objectives and achieving service excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum CIDESCO certification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years related experience.Those with more years of retail supervisory experience or experienced in managing operations of beauty/wellness centers will be considered for the post of Supervisor
  • Well groomed with pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy interacting with people of all levels
  • Passionate about delivering great service and excellent customer experience
  • Ability to conduct workshops & training and apply beauty & make-up knowledge to customers/distributors appropriately
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good team player and focused on working cohesively towards department and company goals and objectives
  • Positive, self-motivated and responsible with high levels of initiative
  • Five days work week; competitive remuneration package will be offered for the suitable candidate
