Accounts Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including processing all accounting
  • documents and preparation of management accounts, profit forecast,
  • bank reconciliation, audit schedules etc
  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Preparation of sd-hoc accounting reports, where necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent semi-professional accountancy qualifications
  • Able to speak and write English and Chinese
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in computerised accounting environment.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts with minimum supervision.
  • Familiar with treasury and payroll functions would be an added advantage.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Excel's Advanced Features
  • Experience in JDE Accounting Software will be an added advantages.
