Nutritionist
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and provide distributors/customers with advice on achieving optimal health
- Promote/educate distributors/customers on company products and its information and application
- Maintain and establish good distributors/customers relations by providing prompt, efficient, polite and personable service at all times
- Contribute towards providing overall good distributors/customers experience at the centre, in line with brand and company guidelines
- Assist in organizing and conducting talks, workshops and other activities to promote optimal health lifestyle and centre’s services
- Assist in the maintenance of the health assessment equipment
- Handle customer feedback and queries
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Nutrition or its equivalent
- Effectively bilingual with keen interest in health and wellness
- Confident, cheerful and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, positive, self motivated and responsible and able to multi task
- Passionate about delivering great service and excellent customer experience
- Good team player and focused on working cohesively towards department and company goals and objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ample training opportunities available and room for career growth for the right candidate
