Accountable for deliverables including budget, monitoring costs, timely completion of all the projects, quality and safety.
Have full oversight, responsibility and accountability for management of contractors, meeting established milestones on a timely basis, overall program management, client liaison, as well as guiding and mentoring local staff in the execution of their project related responsibilities.
Ensure project policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
Lead the implementation of assigned projects; track and control all project phases and activities.
Proactively identify potential delays and risk and seek mitigation
Review project design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, contract requirements, and related specifications based on stakeholder requirements
Establish work plans and procedures for each phase of project (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning)
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manage the architects, developers and vendors throughout the entire construction process including local authorities in collaboration with the local operations
Oversee and monitor site construction work progress to ensure schedule is meeting major milestones
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scope and prepare status reports for management
Work with project teams to drive program / project schedules and contract deliverables with a focus on delivering on every commitment made to the customer
Responsible for safe and incident free execution of assigned projects, on time and within budget.

Requirements
Degree in Building / Architecture
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management as a Project Manager or Consultant with emphasis of major refurbishing and fit out projects for international corporate organization.
Superior project management capabilities and a proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in industrial / commercial sectors
Demonstrated business leadership, project management and technical abilities; experience with managing various stakeholders including local government
Outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization and across all functional units

Excellent communication skills. Drives and participates in negotiations, understands changes and subsequent impacts, and able to communicate these changes effectively to the team.
Has working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.
