Project Manager (Office relocation/new office)
Responsibilities
- Accountable for deliverables including budget, monitoring costs, timely completion of all the projects, quality and safety.
- Have full oversight, responsibility and accountability for management of contractors, meeting established milestones on a timely basis, overall program management, client liaison, as well as guiding and mentoring local staff in the execution of their project related responsibilities.
- Ensure project policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
- Lead the implementation of assigned projects; track and control all project phases and activities.
- Proactively identify potential delays and risk and seek mitigation
- Review project design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, contract requirements, and related specifications based on stakeholder requirements
- Establish work plans and procedures for each phase of project (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning)
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manage the architects, developers and vendors throughout the entire construction process including local authorities in collaboration with the local operations
- Oversee and monitor site construction work progress to ensure schedule is meeting major milestones
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scope and prepare status reports for management
- Work with project teams to drive program / project schedules and contract deliverables with a focus on delivering on every commitment made to the customer
- Responsible for safe and incident free execution of assigned projects, on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Degree in Building / Architecture
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management as a Project Manager or Consultant with emphasis of major refurbishing and fit out projects for international corporate organization.
- Superior project management capabilities and a proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in industrial / commercial sectors
- Demonstrated business leadership, project management and technical abilities; experience with managing various stakeholders including local government
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization and across all functional units
- Demonstrated project management and technical abilities; experience with managing various stakeholders including local government
- Excellent communication skills. Drives and participates in negotiations, understands changes and subsequent impacts, and able to communicate these changes effectively to the team.
- Has working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.
- Ability to manage a cross-cultural team remotely
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
