Site Supervisor (Construction site)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sub contractors' works to adhere according to master and detailed construction schedules.
- Check and supervise all structural architectural and M&E works.
- Inspect and ensure project materials meet specified requirements and all works carried out in accordance to construction drawings.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with some years of supervisory experience
- Comfortable working on-site with good communication skill in both English and Chinese (need to liaise with China suppliers and coordinators)
- Meticulous and a team player
